Lisa Webb

Born and raised in this beautiful hill country, I left Fayetteville to study dance in Los Angeles. During my senior year at UCLA, I injured my lower back and my only refuge was Pilates. I was so impressed with how much Pilates could teach me about my body that I entered into a year-long certification program with Marie-Jose Blom at Long Beach Dance Conditioning. Since 2008, I have worked as a full-time instructor in Los Angeles and New Orleans. Pilates has allowed me to work with a wide range of fitness levels including professional dancers, clients living with Multiple Sclerosis and breast cancer survivors. Most commonly I work with nurses, construction workers, avid gardeners and the average fitness enthusiast. I am also a certified Pre- and Postnatal instructor and find great joy in working with pregnant women. Xtend Barre Workout came into my life while I was in New Orleans and since I am a life-long dancer, I naturally fell in love! Now I am back in my hometown and I am eager to offer affordable, effective group exercise for the men and women of this community.

Courtney Hays

Courtney has been a Yoga and Pilates instructor in Northwest Arkansas since 2010. She studied dance growing up and has always had a passion for fitness. This passion led her to study Exercise Science at Bryan College in Rogers and she is certified by AFFA and NSCA for personal training.  In the Spring of 2013 she completed a comprehensive Reformer training through Balanced Body University and teaches both Reformer classes and Private sessions.  She is also a certified Xtend instructor and enjoys weight training and running to create a well rounded fitness lifestyle. She offers challenging workouts with an energy that will keep you coming back for more.

Susanne Waller

Susanne has been a fitness enthusiast for decades and enjoys Pilates, aerobics, jogging, and cycling to name a few of her favorites.  Care of body, mind, and spirit is her platform for a vibrant and well-rounded life.  Pilates is a wonderful tool to help achieve a healthier you, addressing strength, flexibility and balance, which rounds out whatever cardio exercise you prefer.  Before Pilates, Susanne taught aerobics for a number of years, followed by an extended break from teaching, but never a break from pursuing a healthy holistic lifestyle.  She is back to teaching and this time it is Pilates Mat  and Reformer classes that have her excited.  Susanne received her training through Balanced Body University and would love to share her Pilates passion with you.
