Class Descriptions

Pilates Mat


Using a floor mat and small props, this class focuses on basic Pilates principles: core strength, increased flexibility, breath control and correct alignment to improve posture. Every class is different to insure that the body is challenged in new ways, but simple choreography and clear instruction makes this class accessible to both beginners that haven’t exercised in years or people who exercise regularly.

This class expands beyond the basic Pilates repertoire and is designed for healthy bodies that can successfully demonstrate proper alignment and core stability. It is usually faster paced and involves more complex choreography. Safety is always a great concern for advanced classes, so knowing what feels right or wrong in your own body is a very important skill in this class.

Cardio Mat

This 45min intermediate level class uses the best heart-pounding exercises from Pilates. We ask that clients be able to safely execute a full plank before entering this class.

Xtend Barre

Open Level

This class is designed to give any client a challenging full-body workout. Modifications and/or advancements are given for most exercises to accommodate all fitness levels. While every class follows a similar format, the exercises and choreography are continually changing to keep you from reaching a workout plateau. We want you to stay “on your toes” mentally and literally.

Barre Camp 75min

Looking to advance your Barre experience? Barre camp is designed to give you more. More arms, more cardio and more booty burning exercises. This class will still offer modifications, but it is not recommended for beginners.
